Steps to Gelish Top and base:

1. Clean your nail plate with acetone/remover once
2. Off shine with 180 grid buffer
3. Apply PH bonder
4. Apply base coat then cure it (if you want it to last longer, you can use a dry brush to brush the nail plate once over - you can don't include this step if you just need it to last for 3 weeks)
5. Apply one layer of color then cure it
6. Apply next layer of color than cure it
7. Apply top coat then cure it
8. Cleanse off the tacky residual with cleanser

Steps to Angelpro Gelly Top and base:

1. Clean your nail plate with acetone/remover once
2. Use a buffer block (relatively new one) to off shine your nail plate
3. Apply Base coat then cure it
4. Apply color then cure it
5. Apply next layer of color then cure it
6. Apply top coat then cure it
7. Cleanse off the tacky residual with cleanser

Can I use Angelpro Gelly Top and Base but use Harmony color?

It is perfectly ok if you use angelpro top and base and use gelish color no problem. You can mix them either way. The choice is yours (:
